BAUMANN Mexico

Regional Account Managers own, protect, and grow a portfolio of nominated accounts and projects. They are the primary commercial owners responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving budget targets, negotiating long-term or annual agreements, and strategically expanding our business within assigned accounts. The role has excellent communication and negotiation skills as an asset in direct contacts and negotiations, has knowledge of product application, procedures and processes; they are the point of contact for all customer requests except new RFQs. They build long-term customer relationships and fulfill or exceed sales targets. This role acts as the bridge between customers and BAUMANN operations, safeguarding profitability, coordinating ongoing projects, and supporting Technical Business Development Manager. In addition, they serve as the regional contact point for Global Accounts if assigned.
