Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:

Define and implement global standards for competitive production processes, ensuring compliance across all plants.
Plan and coordinate global rollouts of process improvements to increase competitiveness.
Organize and moderate knowledge exchange, best practice sharing, and lessons learned.
Provide guidance and tools to the local responsible roles for equipment specification, procurement, acceptance, maintenance, and spare parts consignment.
Review and approve routings and cost calculations, managing corrective actions for deviations.
Evaluate, aggregate, and report process performance assessments globally; identify deviations and coordinate corrective measures.
Aggregate technological capability assessments and plan required technologies in alignment with local teams.
Drive digitalization initiatives
Coordinate global transfer of machines and equipment.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WITH:

Minimum bachelor degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
Self-motivated, proactive character who drives standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strategic, analytical thinker with structured approach and hands-on mentality and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills with collaborative mindset across different cultures.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
