We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Regional Account Manager to own, protect, and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts. In this role, you will be the primary commercial contact responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, securing long-term business, and coordinating ongoing projects across the entire product lifecycle. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:
Account Management & Growth
- Manage, develop, and retain a portfolio of nominated customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership stability.
- Prepare annual sales budgets, rolling forecasts, re-quotations, and negotiate yearly price and contract agreements.
Project & Lifecycle Ownership
- Oversee the full commercial project lifecycle from nomination to ramp-up, series production, and end-of-life phase.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and structured handovers with internal teams, guaranteeing project alignment and execution excellence.
Financial & Performance Management
- Monitor account profitability (P&L), analyze key performance indicators, and proactively recommend improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate rolling forecasts in close collaboration with customer planning and internal order management.
Customer Interface & Escalation Management
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for all customer inquiries and daily communication.
- Act as the escalation point for commercial and operational topics, ensuring timely, structured, and effective resolution of critical issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Global Program Management, Quality, different plants within the Region and Engineering to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders across procurement, planning, and quality.
