YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:
Business Development & Customer Growth
- Identify, develop, and acquire new customers in strategic industries.
- Expand business within the existing client portfolio and uncover new opportunities.
RFQ, Quotations & Negotiations
- Lead the full RFQ process— from requirement analysis to customer nomination.
- Prepare technically and commercially sound quotations.
- Negotiate prices, lead times, conditions, and long-term agreements.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
- Act as the primary technical-commercial interface for customers.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Market Insights & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to support strategic decisions.
- Identify gaps between market requirements and product capabilities, and drive internal improvements.
Technical Support & Representation
- Support customer workshops, technical meetings, audits, and visits.
- Ensure a clear and structured handover to Account Management and Project Management.
- Represent BAUMANN at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical conferences.
