BAUMANN Group Announces Ownership Transition of Italian Location to Newport & Co S.p.A.

For nearly 80 years, Prodotti BAUMANN s.r.l. has been an integral part of BAUMANN’s history. After careful consideration, BAUMANN concluded that Prodotti BAUMANN’s long-term success requires an owner who can provide dedicated resources and focused management attention. Hence, BAUMANN recognized that Prodotti BAUMANN s.r.l. would thrive best under new ownership.

Under the terms of the agreement, all employees, equipment, and customer relationships will remain unchanged. The current management team at Prodotti BAUMANN s.r.l. will continue to lead the company, ensuring continuity and stability. The transition will be managed collaboratively to minimize disruption.
