Job Function工作职责

• Responsible for development of new plating supplier in terms of process capability, quality assurance and cost level.
  负责新电镀供应商的开发, 主要从工艺能力, 质量保证和成本水平几个维度。
• Regularly report to core project development team regarding potential plating supplier evaluation
  向项目核心开发团队阶段性地汇报潜在电镀供应商的评估结果。
• Lead process audit at existing and potential plating suppliers 
  主导现有及潜在电镀供应商的工艺审核。
• Support on engineering change in terms of plating process
  支持电镀工艺相关的工程变更的事宜。
• Responsible for supporting and pushing on plating suppliers in terms of continuous improvement of quality, productivity and EHS.
  负责支持和推动电镀供应商的持续改进以提升生产效率，降低质量风险以及环境，健康，安全相关的事宜。
• Support to quality department on root cause analysis and improvement in terms of any internal and external quality accidents in case of plating process.
  支持质量部与电镀工艺相关的内, 外部抱怨的根本原因分析和改善。
• Responsible for internal training at process know-how of plating process
  负责内部电镀工艺知识的相关培训工作。
• Understand and follow EHS rules to meet safety requirements.
  理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。
• Finish other tasks assigned by Engineering Manager.
  完成工程经理布置的其他任务。
