Job Function工作职责

• Responsible for evaluating of process flow (process, speed, tools etc.) and internal team feasibility during the phase of project bidding. 
  在项目竞标阶段负责对工艺流程，速度，工装以及内部可行性进行评估。
• Responsible for preparing and updating process parameters at sample development stage.
  在样品开发阶段负责工艺参数的制定和更新。
• As a leader for preparing and updating the PEMEA at both sample development stage and in mass production.
  在样品开发以及量产阶段主导PFMEA的编制和更新。
• Support on engineering change.
  支持工程变更的相关事宜。
• Responsible for optimization the production line in terms of quality, productivity and EHS
  负责产线的优化和改造，提升生产效率，降低质量风险以及环境，健康，安全相关的事宜。
• Responsible for EHS compliance during process development.
  在工艺开发过程中有义务对环境, 安全以及健康负责。
• Responsible for onsite training on equipment and process instruction. 
  负责生产现场的设备/工艺操作指导书的编制及培训。
• Support to quality department on root cause analysis and improvement in terms of any internal and external quality accidents.
  支持质量部内部和外部抱怨的根本原因分析和改善。
• Responsible for designing and verification the tools, gauges etc. 
  负责设计和验证工装，夹具等。
• Understand and follow EHS rules to meet safety requirements.
  理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。
• Responsible for CQI-9 heat treatment. 
  负责热处理CQI-9相关的工作。
• Finish other tasks assigned by Engineering Manager.
  完成工程经理布置的其他任务。
