Job Function工作职责

• Lead, Negotiate and Implement all PUR teams’ activities.
• Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost-effective way, while meeting the required quality standards and specifications.
• Define purchasing KPIs and monitor performance.
• Assist and Coordinate RFQ/Outsourcing process.
• Ensure that purchase requisition and approval process is in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Standardize and Optimize commonly purchased items.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost reduction, product quality and supplier delivery performance.
• Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
• Mitigate risk and seek new opportunities to strengthen supply base.
• Identify competency and training needs of subordinates.
• Cost analysis of Raw components and Products/Spring.
• Other tasks assigned by Leader.
