Customer Quality

1. Accept customer complaint and other quality information,organize and lead a 8D team to correct any quality problem from customer side till it is closed.
2. Coordinate customer audit due to quality issue; and annual process audit.
3. Coordinate and communicate with customer about audit information， and Support quality manager to close all customers audit finding and landscape to the similar product and similar process together with related function.
4. Customer quality interface, field return analysis and reporting, customer satisfaction.
5. Keep good communication with customer, visit customer if necessary.
6. Internal representation of  customers on quality issues (communication/escalation)

Process Quality

1. Deeply involved in product design and development, including participating in customer communication to determine the program; Responsible for reviewing product drawings and specifications, as well as engineering design changes.
2. Responsible for tracking, summarizing, summarizing and closing the loop of quality problems of products from design to mass production.
3. Provide support in production line and active participation in solving internal concerns by using quality tools.
4. Full support on new launches in order to get a flawless and success PPAP approval.
5. Lead quality issues internally and built a QC team to solve
6. Push Quality core tools application internally

Others 

1. Understand and follow EHS rules to meet safety requirements.
2. Any other assignments defined by manager.
