Job Function

• Understand strategies and improvement program to drive organization towards operation excellence.
• Support general manager to monitor key business performance indicators and organize monthly review with the Management team. 
• Ensure quality management system is in compliance with IATF 16949 standard, ISO14000 standard, ISO13485 and national legislation; 
• Supervise and conduct annual internal quality system audit and customer audit.
• Ensure the effective management of suppliers’ quality.
• Ensure that incoming inspection, startup inspection, in-process inspection and outgoing inspection are carried out according to documented procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure that all measuring equipment and gauges are periodically calibrated and validated.
• Ensure to successfully handle customers complaints with cross function teams support. 
• Conduct performance appraisal and identify the relevant training needs for subordinates.
• Ensure the change of the production mindset from final inspection to process.
• Lead cross-functional CI projects from conception to execution.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through workshops and coaching.
• Any other assignments defined by General Manager.
